We, as the data controller, Arkel Elektrik Elektronik San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“Arkel/Company”), located at Eyüp Sultan Mah. Şah Cihan Cad. No: 69 B Sancaktepe/İSTANBUL address, care deeply about the protection of your personal data. In this context, as the Company, we carry out our data processing activities within the scope of communicating your requests to us in accordance with the regulations in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law / PDPL”).
- Your Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
The Company may process your name-surname, contact information, country of residence and information regarding the requests you have sent to us, for the purpose of responding to your requests and contacting you within this scope, for the purpose of establishing and performing the contract and for the legal reason that it is necessary.
- Purposes of Transferring Personal Data
If you contact us via the Communication Form, Arkel shall not share your personal data with any third party, and only convey it to our responsible personnel for the resolution of your request at Arkel.
- Methods and Legal Reasons for Collection of Personal Data
Your personal data is collected and processed automatically or partially automatically verbally, in writing or in electronic media, based on the legal reasons included under the headings “Your Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing” and “Purposes of Transferring Personal Data” based on the personal data processing conditions specified in Article 5 of the PDPL, as a result of your sending your data to our Company physically or electronically by filling out the Communication Form on our website or by other methods.
- Rights of the Data Subject Arising from Article 11 of the PDPL
As the data subject, you can communicate your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the PDPL to us via [email protected]. Depending on the nature of the request, the Company will conclude the request as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. If an additional cost is required for the transaction, we will charge the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
